Tier Pass gets your prop firm challenge traded by Tier Aurora, our Expert Advisor. You install it on your MetaTrader 5 or cTrader platform and it trades the challenge inside your program's rules, and passed 97% of 7,000 simulated FTMO 2-Step challenges on 2022 to 2026 backtests.
You keep full access to your account at all times and we never ask for your login. Your dashboard follows the challenge live: Risk Management, the journal and Tier AI are included.
Tier Aurora works with any firm that allows Expert Advisors on MetaTrader 5 or cTrader. It has presets for FTMO and the common 2-Step and 1-Step formats, and it can read your own rules file for any other program. Rules differ by firm: FundedNext allows Expert Advisors only on MetaTrader accounts below $50,000, with its EA add-on, and not on cTrader.
In your dashboard, Tier Guard knows the exact rules of 20 prop firms and 72 programs, including FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, The5ers, E8 Markets, FXIFY, Goat Funded Trader, City Traders Imperium, Blue Guardian and The Trading Pit.

Tier Aurora runs on MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. Your challenge must be on one of them and must allow Expert Advisors. FTMO US accounts run on MetaTrader 5.
MetaTrader 4 is not supported.
In our simulations on the Solid profile, Phase 1 of an FTMO 2-Step passed in a median of 51 trading days, one in four within 31, and both phases in a median of 87. On the Fast profile, Phase 1 took a median of 36 trading days, one in four within 21. The exact time depends on market conditions, your challenge rules and the account size. Tier Aurora is built to trade safely and consistently rather than rush the target: pushing for a faster pass means more risk, and more risk means more failed challenges.
If the challenge fails because of the EA's performance, you receive a full refund of the Tier Pass fee. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request it.

No. Each Tier Pass covers one challenge account. It follows that challenge from one phase to the next, but it cannot move to a different challenge.
To pass several challenges, buy one Tier Pass for each account.
Most do, with limits on high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage and similar practices, which Tier Aurora does not use. Before you buy, check your program's rules to confirm that Expert Advisors are allowed and that MetaTrader 5 or cTrader is available.
Tier Manage is our funded account management service. Once you have a funded account, whether you passed with Tier Pass or on your own, you choose a profit target of +5%, +9% or +15% and Tier Aurora trades the account until it gets there.
It is a single payment, not a subscription, and the price follows the size of your funded account, from 5K to 200K. You keep full access and control of your account at all times. If the target is not reached and the EA ran as installed, we run it again on your next funded account at no cost.

The setup is the same as Tier Pass: Tier Aurora, the licence key and the tutorial are in Experts, in your dashboard. If you passed with Tier Pass, Tier Aurora is already on your platform, but that licence covers the challenge account only.
A funded account needs its own Tier Manage service: we issue a new licence and set the risk to your firm's funded rules, which are not the same as the challenge ones. Need help? Book a free setup call on Zoom from your dashboard.
Tier Aurora is set to respect your firm's daily and maximum loss limits: it trades smaller as the account approaches them and stops opening trades before they are hit. The strategy's own drawdown, measured across 2022-2026, sits between 6.9% and 10.6% depending on the risk profile, so during setup we pick the profile that fits inside your firm's limits.
Yes, and you do not need to connect anything: Tier Aurora reports to your dashboard on its own while it runs. You see open and closed trades, the equity curve, drawdown and performance, and Risk Management shows the room left before your daily and maximum loss.
Connecting your broker as well is optional.
Yes. You have full control: you can disable or remove Tier Aurora from your platform whenever you wish. There are no lock-in periods.
Our price list covers funded accounts from 5K to 200K. Above 200K we still take the account on, with a price that follows its size: get in touch and we will quote it.
For Tier Pass and Tier Manage, no: the Expert Advisor runs on your own MetaTrader 5 or cTrader platform and your account stays under your control. Some TradesAlba features connect to your broker account: you connect it yourself from the dashboard, the credentials are stored encrypted and used only for the feature you turned on, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Tier Aurora Live is Tier Aurora for your own broker account, included in TradesAlba Pro. It trades with live-account rules instead of prop firm rules, and it runs on broker accounts only, never on prop firm accounts.
On MetaTrader 5 and cTrader you run it on your own terminal. On TradeLocker, with supported brokers, it runs for you in Aurora Cloud with nothing to install.
Signal frequency follows market conditions. We send a signal only when there is a high-probability setup: some days have several, others fewer. Quality comes before quantity.
No, and only TradesAlba would have one: Tier Pass and Tier Manage are services we run on your account, not software you try out. What TradesAlba has instead is a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

No. Payments in crypto are final and non-refundable, because the transaction cannot be reversed. The only exception is a verified technical error on our side, such as a payment received for a service that was never activated, or a duplicate charge: in that case we may refund manually in USDT (TRC-20).
If you want the option of a refund, pay by card through Stripe.
Yes. TradesAlba is the only subscription we run, and you can cancel it at any time: it stays active until the end of the current billing period and nothing more is charged. Tier Pass and Tier Manage are single payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
You have 3 days to update your card, and everything keeps working in the meantime. Your dashboard shows the date and a button to update it.
After that, the paid features pause until the payment goes through: AutoTrade and Tier Aurora Live open no new trades, and the trades already open are still managed to the end. As soon as the payment is in, everything switches back on by itself.
Payments in crypto (USDT, BTC) are final and non-refundable, except for a verified technical error on our side. Read the full refund policy
Tier Pass is a one-time payment per challenge and Tier Manage a one-time payment per profit target, both priced on the size of the account. Neither renews. TradesAlba is the only recurring subscription, monthly or yearly: it renews at the start of each billing period unless you cancel.
Receipts and invoices are sent to your email by Stripe after each successful payment. You can also see your billing history in the Stripe customer portal.
Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute: go to the login page, choose Create Account and fill in your details. You have access to the dashboard right away.
On the login page, choose Forgot password? and enter your email. A reset link arrives within a few minutes: check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Open Broker in your dashboard and add your MetaTrader 5 account with its investor password, which is read-only: we can read your trades for the dashboard but can never place or change them.
The live connection is included in TradesAlba: one account on Standard, two on Pro. Without TradesAlba, it is available as a broker add-on at €29.99 a month.

If your subscription lapses, it opens no new trades and keeps following the desk on the trades already open.

Free signals, Pro signals or both: you choose in the EA inputs when you attach it to a chart. You can also set how many signals stay open at once, the size, the maximum spread and how old a signal can be before it is skipped.
Yes. AutoTrade sizes every signal in one of three ways:
It can also split the take profit across TP1, TP2 and TP3, move the stop to entry after TP1, and pause new copies after a daily loss you choose. We recommend 0.5% to 1% per signal.
AutoTrade runs while your MetaTrader 5 is open with Algo Trading enabled. If you close it, AutoTrade stops checking for signals. To run it 24/7, use a VPS: many brokers offer one free or at low cost, and MetaTrader has its own.
The journal keeps every trade with its screenshots, notes and setup, and adds on its own the trades your Expert Advisors and connected accounts report.
Free accounts keep up to 100 entries. TradesAlba makes the journal unlimited, and Tier Pass and Tier Manage make it unlimited on the account they cover.
