Tier Pass is our flagship service that helps traders become funded. We provide a proprietary Expert Advisor (EA) that you install on your MetaTrader platform. The EA trades your prop firm challenge account automatically, following our proven strategy with a 89% pass rate measured over 4.5 years of backtests.
You maintain full access to your account at all times — we never request your login credentials. The EA operates directly on your platform.

Tier Pass works exclusively with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Your prop firm challenge must be on one of these platforms and must allow the use of Expert Advisors.
On average, challenges are passed within 30 to 45 trading days. The exact timeframe depends on market conditions, the specific challenge rules, and the account size. Our EA is designed to trade safely and consistently rather than rush to hit targets: pushing for a faster pass means taking more risk, and more risk means more failed challenges.
If the challenge fails due to our EA's performance, you will receive a full refund of the Tier Pass service fee. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

No. Each Tier Pass license is valid for one account only. One Tier Pass purchase = one challenge account. If you need to pass multiple challenges, you'll need to purchase a separate Tier Pass for each account.
Yes — all the prop firms listed on our supported list explicitly allow the use of Expert Advisors on MT4 and MT5. Before purchasing, we recommend double-checking your specific challenge rules to confirm EA usage is permitted.
Tier Manage is our funded account management service. Once you have a funded account — whether you passed with Tier Pass or on your own — you choose a profit target of +5%, +9% or +15% and our Expert Advisor trades the account until it gets there.
It is a single payment, not a subscription, and the price follows the size of your funded account, from 5K to 200K. You keep full access and control of your account at all times. If the target is not reached and the EA ran as installed, we configure and run it again on your next funded account at no cost.

These are performance-based targets, not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe, and the percentages come from 2022-2026 backtests on real tick data, not from live accounts. If the target is not reached and the EA ran as installed, we configure and run it again on your next funded account at no cost.
The setup process is the same as Tier Pass. You'll find the EA files and setup guide in your TierAlba Dashboard. If you passed with Tier Pass, the software is already on your platform, but that licence covers the challenge account only. A funded account needs its own Tier Manage service: we issue a new licence and set the risk to your firm's funded rules, which are not the same as the challenge ones.

The Expert Advisor is configured to respect your prop firm's daily and maximum loss limits: it reduces size as the account approaches them and stops opening trades before they are hit. The strategy's own drawdown, measured across 2022-2026, sits between 6.9% and 10.6% depending on the risk profile you choose, so we pick the profile that fits inside your firm's limits during setup.
Yes. Yes, and you do not need to connect anything: the Expert Advisor reports to the Dashboard on its own while it runs. You see open and closed trades, the equity curve, drawdown and performance stats, updated automatically. Connecting your broker as well is optional and adds the account view outside the EA's own trades.
Absolutely. You have full control. You can disable or remove the EA from your MetaTrader platform whenever you wish. You can also disconnect from the Dashboard. There are no lock-in periods.
Our price list covers funded accounts from €5,000 to €200,000. Above 200K we still take the account on, but the price follows its size, so get in touch and we will quote it.
No — never. We do not access, request, or store your trading account credentials under any circumstances. The EA runs locally on your MetaTrader platform. Your account, your control.

No, and only TradesAlba would have one: Tier Pass and Tier Manage are services we run on your account, not software you try out. What TradesAlba has instead is a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

No. All payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable. By choosing to pay with crypto, you acknowledge that the transaction is irreversible.
The only exception is a verified technical error on our end — for example, if your payment was received but the service was never activated, or if there was a duplicate charge. In such rare cases, we may issue a manual refund in USDT (TRC-20) at our discretion.
Yes. TradesAlba is the only subscription we run, and you can cancel it at any time: it stays active until the end of the current billing period and nothing further is charged. Tier Pass and Tier Manage are single payments, so there is nothing to cancel.

Tier Pass is a one-time payment per challenge and Tier Manage is a one-time payment per profit target, both priced on the size of the account. Neither renews. TradesAlba is the only recurring subscription (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose): you'll be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
All payment receipts and invoices are sent automatically to your email address via Stripe after each successful payment. You can also access your billing history through the Stripe customer portal.
Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute. Simply go to the Login page, click "Create Account", and fill in your details. You'll have immediate access to the Dashboard.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
In your TierAlba Dashboard, go to the Broker section. You'll find a simple form to enter your MetaTrader account details using your investor (read-only) password. This connection is read-only — we can view your trading data for analytics but never place or modify trades.
The sync happens automatically and updates your Dashboard with real-time trade data, equity curves, and performance metrics.

AutoTrade is our automatic signal copier. It's an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 that reads trading signals from your TierAlba Dashboard and copies them directly to your trading account — automatically, with no manual intervention.
The EA polls the server every 10 seconds for new signals and opens trades with your configured lot size or risk percentage, including stop loss and take profit levels.

You can configure AutoTrade to copy Free signals only, Pro signals only, or both. This is set in the EA Inputs tab when you attach the EA to a chart. You can also set maximum open trades, lot size, risk percentage, and spread filter.
Yes. AutoTrade supports two modes:
We recommend using Risk % mode with 0.5–1.0% per trade for consistent risk management.
AutoTrade runs as long as your MetaTrader 5 is open with AutoTrading enabled. If you close MT5, the EA stops polling for signals.
For true 24/7 operation, we recommend running MT5 on a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Many brokers offer free or low-cost VPS services. This way, AutoTrade runs even when your computer is off.
Risk Guardian is a real-time risk monitoring suite built into the Dashboard (Pro plan). It includes:

Every Expert Advisor (Tier Algo Institutional, AutoTrade) requires a unique license key to run. This key links the EA to your TierAlba account.
Each license key is tied to one MT account. The first time the EA runs, it binds to that account number. You can view your active keys, MT account bindings, and verification counts from the Dashboard.
